Hi. I'm a copywriter/editor with a penchant for puns, dad jokes and dark humor ... but I know when to act my age. I'm the friend people hit up when they need an irreverent trivia name or catchy slogan. Or when they need adorable names for their new dog beer company (Yes, that really happened. Wanna hear some of them? Pups Blue Ribbon. Spaniel Adams. Barley and Me. OK, I'll stop). I'm quirky as all get out. But my real goal here? To hone in on and harness your authentic quirks — and the quirks of your ideal customer — to help your business thrive. I have an English degree. I taught high school English and creative writing for five years, but it aged me about twenty. This means that in addition to having more wrinkles, I also have: a never-ending wellspring of patience; a sharp eye for inconsistencies in grammar, tone and style; and a knack for breaking complex subjects down into simple, digestible tidbits. I also worked as a technical writer for a year and a half, so if you need help building a course or writing some tutorials, I'm your girl. In my free time, I write anything from comic strips about nihilistic falafel patties and children's books about wombats to depressing poetry and personal essays. Let's collaborate!
